Transfer out domain (non .uk)

You can transfer a domain out by logging into your account; taking off register lock, and requesting an EPP/Auth Code.

1. Login to your control panel over at https://portal.idaq.com  
   
   
2. Domains > Registrar Lock > Set the Registrar Lock to "OFF"
   
   
3. Domains > More > Auth Info / EPP Key Select "Request Auth Info / EPP code".
   This will then send a email to the email contact on the domain. If you are unsure of the email address, please see the contact details at: Domains > domain.tld > More > Contact Information.
